About Mr Armitage
Damian Armitage graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Masters in Chemical Engineering. He has 10+ years of experience in classroom teaching and online education of mathematics. What sets him apart from other online educators is his clarity, precision and his experience as the Head of Mathematics in a top London Independent school, where he was in charge of all secondary Maths education and the 11+ Mathematics admissions process.
He has authored Maths textbooks, written the international ISEB 13+ examinations, mentored scores of pupils into STEM Oxbridge courses,
helped place countless 11+ pupils in their top choice schools and delivered more than a thousand hours of online education.

TMUA
The TMUA (Test of Mathematics for University Admission) is almost certainly the most significant exam a pupil sits before their A Levels. It is taken by pupils applying for Maths, Economics, and Computer Science at top universities, and securing a very high score in the first term of a pupil's final year is the only way to secure an offer. Preparation for this exam must start early.
